Since 2011 I’ve been working on a project called 30 days challenge. It’s a method to change your habits in 30 days. All you have to do is pick a challenge and do it for 30 days. After the 30 days it will be in your system and you don’t need to think about it every time, you just do it. Like brushing your teeth.
It’s now 2012 and lot’s of people are joining with challenges. It really great, it looks like this has real value for people. What do you think?
