The question I’d like to answer is: “what is real value? and how do we create it?”. I’ve been wondering if we can ask ourself this question. Are our true values permanent or do we switch in our values?
After some research I found out, that there is a shift that people will make in their lives (well most of them). This is a shift in values is researched by W. R. Miller & J. C’DeBaca. It’s called The moment your values are turned upside down.
After this shift the values you grew up with are no longer valid for you. The shift can happen by some event, somebody or a small thing. They say it’s like some sort of epiphany. Man and woman shift differently in values the researchers say.
Bottom-line: human values change over time, small and major changes. Values are different for everybody and even when this major change will happen if difficult to find an answer to “what is real value”. Do we really know what spirituality, personal peace, honesty, happiness means?
The question remains, “How do we create real value”?
What others think
Values are here to guide our actions. So, to create “real values”, we need to understand what do we intend to do with our actions, what need you try to meet?

That’s my view
