We need to rethink our business if we want to create real value. We need to ask ourselves, does it really matter what I am doing?
I think most of us are busy building products for profit or to solve customers problems. Is this real value? See my own value perception below, what do you think?

I wonder whether a pyramid is the best visualisation of the possible answers to your question. I would like to pick an option from collection of overlaying circles
Overlaying > overlapping [stop de tijd]
I agree with Bruno. And maybe the pyramid is correct, but should it be the other way around with Planet/Nature on the bottom and Shareholders at the top? That way we are all relying/building ‘on’ the layers below.
Also, maybe we can answer the question of ‘How to add real value?’ by answering the question: How can we substract real value and do the opposite.
Interesting! I always thought that the top of the pyramid was the most important (in Egypt, the top of a pyramid was golden). Let’s think about another format, because I think the hierarchy is important.
